First off, you have to read the prequel to this or it won’t make sense. Both books are excellent. Well-written, great developed characters. The plot is awesome, and I don’t want to say more for fear of waking up the amazon sensors. In this story, Tristan follows another woman, or rather tries to follow. His plans are interrupted, but the woman is so crazy she goes out and gets her fantasy anyway, on her own terms, and you just have to read about it, it’s nuts. The sex scenes are scorching. Plus, Posey, the prodigal stepsister, is back, and if you’ve read the first book, you’ll know what’s gonna happen. Can’t wait for the third book!Product details

Everyone in this story is in the grip of some compulsion. Spoiled rich kid Tristan is still chasing the memory of his adoptive sister Posey, whose life as a lesbian is on the rocks. Natalie is driven to make her taboo fantasies reality, no matter how dangerous. The three of them are on a collision course that is foreshadowed here but still to come. As with Part 1, this is hot hot hot. The ending came way too soon for my taste, and left me waiting eagerly for Part 3.
Excellent story that combines an intriguing backstory with hot sexual encounters that deal with very, very taboo themes. This story is NOT meant for those who prefer more vanilla fare. One storyline has a recently fired employee (Justin) stalking his ex-boss (Tristan)as Tristan spies on an unsuspecting Natalie whose secret attack fantasy is to have rough sex with a complete stranger. Another storyline has Posey tired of having sex with her lesbian partner Nina and looking for some BDSM action with men. The ending will leave the reader quivering in anticipation of how Tristan will use Posey in his conquest of Natalie. Hot stuff!
A book about taboo interests that start out as about forbiden as forbden can be..(well not really) but you will understand as you read the book.Tristan's life is one of priveledged contradictions that lead him down a path he can;t seem to get away from. What does that mean for us? Well one sexy, Kinky, hot man lookign for fun in the most unconventional of ways.
Be warned ladies this is a serial novel and will end in a cliffer but it will only keep you wanting more and more of Tristan and his naughty ways. An excellent quick read that will have you jonesing for more as soon as you see that final period. This is the first book by Connie Cliff that I have read and yes, now I am hooked! On to the next book ladies don't fret cuz once you've finished this book you can cclick and get the second volume and devour it as well!
This book has a different start than Connie's other books. This one is like a CSI episode in the beginning, just as densely layered and well-told, and then falls off the (Connie) Cliff into the raging river of taboo erotica (thank heavens!). That's why I read Connie, cause she has the knack to keep one thing hard the entire time I'm reading--which is really quite remarkable--while never making my brain work hard. Her writing is lightning-fast and effortless. Her books are a pleasure to read. This one is like a crime novel. It is very cool and very well-researched (see other reviews to learn about the plot).
I liked how the main character nearly gets killed and then finds the secret, and very taboo, love of his life roaming around under the hospital sheets to say hello. Before I got to enjoy the sparks sizzling between them I realized that Tristan (the billionaire main character) had nasty plans for his true love with whom he appears to be in a bit of a grudge-holding, love-hate obsession. Yum. These characters are majorly damaged. Therefore, these characters are great!
Before getting viciously attacked by his work underling, Tristan was about to carry out an attack fantasy on a woman named Natalie. Now that his true love is back, and he wants to punish her for hurting him before when she left him for a lesbian, I can't wait to see what Tristan will do to the two of them!
So Tristan is still up to his wicked ways. And gets in trouble in the process. I am glad he has doubts about Posey.
I felt like this story was just a teaser for more to come. The scene of him spying on Natalie was very good. I felt really sorry for him when he was interrupted and kind of hoped his V.P would see what he was doing and help out.
This is some great sex writing, I must say. So much slush out there, it’s hard to find good erotica, but this, totally stands the test. The story (plot and characters) is well thought out, the adults-only parts are very hot, and overall, this is great. My only qualm about it is that the author tries to fit the frame of what’s popular these days (Billionaire, taboo stepbrother/stepsister relationship). I supposed it doesn’t bring the story down, not that much. Just wish the story stood on its own - but then again, maybe I wouldn’t have noticed it then, who knows.
